Arfungo Comimpex Ltd. lives and works with nature. The development of our company is closely linked to the health of the environment and to biodiversity. The sustainability of all our product harvesting, processing and transportation is a key element for us. Achieving the important goal of making our production as environmentally friendly as possible can only happen through two elements: labor sustainability and a lower energy impact.
Safeguarding supply sources
We select operators who are not only experienced and specialized, but also environmentally friendly to safeguard supply sources.
Packaging materials
Our packaging materials, in addition to being hygienically safe, ensure the lowest impact on the environment.
Conscious and responsible operators
Each person is properly informed and trained to develop the awareness that even small tasks are important for the common good.
Recovery and recycling
We do our utmost to avoid pollution through recovery and recycling of production waste and packaging residues.
Labor sustainability
It is essential that all people who work with our company are in line with our values, are firmly convinced of the importance of environmentally friendly production, and are economically satisfied. To this end, significant training and involvement activities have been implemented to help employees feel responsible for their actions at different stages of production. In addition, work subsistence activities have been provided for family members of our workers, even during periods of production downtime. This has fostered the loyalty of our staff, who can feel fully involved in the company’s reality.
Reducing energy impact
We strive every day to develop and adopt production strategies and systems that involve reducing energy consumption and pollution. When selecting packaging materials, renewing equipment, managing production flows, and building new facilities, we always take the energy aspect into consideration. Our goals are to increase material recovery and recycling and to limit energy consumption, including through photovoltaic panels placed on top of buildings to provide clean energy for the entire company and its production processes.
